RocketPlay casino in Australia: our review, with the cashier read line by line

RocketPlay runs an Australian-facing site with AUD balances and a cookie bar that asks you to confirm you are outside Australia. This review takes the operator's own pages apart: who runs it, what the licence line says and does not say, what the cashier charges, how the lobby looks from Perth, and what the terms say about Australians. Where we have not tested something ourselves, we say so.

Who runs RocketPlay and under which licence

RocketPlay is a brand, not a company. The licence details we recorded on 28 September 2026 name Scores55 Tech B.V., company registration 162990, as the operator, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. A second footer variant seen on other addresses of the brand names Stable Tech N.V. under a different Curaçao licence number. The terms of the Australian site refer to the Civil Code of Curaçao and set arbitration in Curaçao, which fits a Curaçao-registered operator.

What the Australian footer showed on 29 September 2026 is worth stating plainly: a row of payment logos, a row of trust seals from review sites, an eCOGRA certificate link, an 18+ mark and a Gambling Help Online link. The licence line and seal were not displayed on that address on that day. The FAQ still refers to “our Curacao gaming license”. We treat the licence as Curaçao according to the operator’s own pages, and we treat the missing footer line as a reason to run the numbered sites checklist before you deposit on any address.

What the Australian site is

The address rocketplay32.com serves an en-AU version: English text, AUD as an account currency, pokies rather than slots in the menu, and a cookie bar that reads “I confirm that I am currently accessing this website from outside of Australia”. That sentence is the operator’s way of dealing with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, which prohibits offering online casino games to people in Australia. The Act’s penalties fall on providers; there is no offence for the player. We cover the legal position and the ACMA blocking list on the is it legit page.

The numbered address matters. ACMA’s blocking list includes rocketplay.com and further RocketPlay domains; the Australian version has moved to numbered names, and the number in the name changes over time. Bookmarks go stale. Our button always opens the address we last checked.

The cashier in AUD

The payments page lists deposit and withdrawal lanes per currency. In AUD it reads as follows.

LaneInOutChecked
Visa, Mastercard$25–6,000, instant, no fee listedNot listed as a withdrawal lane29 September 2026
MiFinity e-wallet$30–4,000, instant$30–4,000, instant, fee free29 September 2026
CashtoCode voucher$25–800, instantNot available29 September 2026

Bank transfer (PayAnyBank)Not listed for deposit$30–6,000, 3–7 banking days, fee free29 September 2026

Two contradictions we found, both worth knowing. The FAQ says you can only withdraw by the method you deposited with, and mentions bank cards among payout lanes taking 3–7 business days, while the payments page lists no card withdrawal in AUD. And the footer carries Apple Pay, Skrill and Neteller logos that do not appear in the AUD tables. Our reading: the payments page is the current, per-currency source; logos and FAQ text are older. The deposits and withdrawals pages go through each lane.

Verification and the withdrawal rule

Withdrawals require a verified account and a 1x wager on the last deposit. Verification asks for an identity document, a photo of the front of the deposit card with the middle digits hidden, and a proof of address no older than 90 days; the request arrives by email and gives you two weeks. After approval on the operator’s side, which the FAQ caps at 24 hours, the provider’s time applies. The terms set a minimum withdrawal of 25 in the operator’s base currency, which converts to more than $30, and caps of 9,000 AUD a week and 35,000 AUD a month.

The lobby from Perth

The catalogue behind the Australian lobby returned 15,465 titles from 119 studios on 29 September 2026, with 13,003 tagged as pokies. The lobby’s own popularity ranking that day put 4 Express Trains: Hold and Win by EnjoyGaming first, followed by 3 Hot Chillies, Thunder Coins XXL: Multicoin and Gold Mine Express. Betsoft, Playson, BGaming, TaDa Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Booming Games are all present. Aristocrat is not; the pub pokies Australians know by name are not in this lobby, and we say that on the pokies page rather than pretend otherwise.

One clause matters for Australians here. Clause 4.4 of the terms lists territories where NetEnt games may not be offered, and Australia is on that list. If a NetEnt title is missing from your lobby, that clause is why.

Bonus terms as written on 29 September 2026

The FAQ describes a bonus on the first deposit with 100 free spins credited in sets of 20 a day over five days, a 40x wagering requirement, a maximum bonus of 1,000 and a maximum bet of 5 while a bonus is active, both stated in the operator’s base currency rather than AUD. Those are the operator’s numbers as of the date above, listed here so you know the cost before you accept anything. We have not read the separate bonus terms page yet and do not quote what is not on the FAQ; the cashier and your account page show current conditions.

Responsible gambling tools on the site

The responsible gaming page describes deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, a cooling-off period from one day to six months, and self-exclusion, all under Personal Limits in the account, plus self-exclusion by request to support. The loss limit is measured against deposits rather than balance, which the page itself explains with an example. BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, does not cover offshore casinos; Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 is free and 24/7. Our set limits page has the details.

Complaints and reputation

AskGamblers listed 11 complaints on its RocketPlay page on 28 September 2026 and shows the brand with its certificate. Casino Guru rated the brand highly on the same day. Neither figure is ours, and neither replaces a live test of the cashier; they are recorded here as what the two largest complaint registers showed on the date. We will update this section with our own withdrawal timing, in AWST, when the live test is done.

My verdict

RocketPlay is a Curaçao-licensed casino with a working Australian cashier and a very large lobby. The parts that would make me comfortable depositing are the card lane from $25, the fee-free e-wallet and crypto payouts, and a clear two-step withdrawal rule that is written down rather than discovered. The parts that would make me pause are also written down: no licence in Australia, a cookie bar that asks you to say you are somewhere else, NetEnt games excluded for Australia in the terms, and bank payouts that take up to a week. If you deposit by card and withdraw by e-wallet or crypto, the rules I read are workable. I'll add a live test result once it is done.

Yes, in the sense that the operator runs an Australian version at a numbered address, currently rocketplay32.com, with AUD as an account currency. It is not licensed in Australia, because online casinos cannot be, and the site's cookie bar asks you to confirm you are accessing it from outside Australia.

Who owns RocketPlay?

The licence details we recorded on 28 September 2026 name Scores55 Tech B.V., registration 162990, under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. The Australian site's footer on 29 September showed trust seals and an eCOGRA link but not that line; its FAQ refers to “our Curacao gaming license”.

Not according to its payments page on 29 September 2026. The Australian deposit methods listed are Visa, Mastercard, the MiFinity e-wallet, CashtoCode vouchers and six cryptocurrencies. Bank transfer appears on the withdrawal side only.

How many pokies does RocketPlay have?

The Australian lobby's catalogue on 29 September 2026 returned 15,465 titles, of which 13,003 are tagged as pokies, from 119 studios. Our pokies page lists what the lobby ranks highest.

What is the RocketPlay withdrawal limit?

The terms set a maximum of 9,000 AUD per week and 35,000 AUD per month, with a minimum set in the operator's base currency that converts to more than the $30 per-method floor. Per-method caps on the payments page are lower: $4,000 per e-wallet transaction and $6,000 per bank transfer.

Is there a welcome offer, and what does it cost?

On 29 September 2026 the FAQ described a bonus on the first deposit with 100 free spins credited in sets of 20 a day for five days, with a 40x wagering requirement and a maximum bet of 5 in the operator's base currency while the bonus is active. We have not read the full bonus terms page yet, so we don't quote more than that.
