Withdrawals at RocketPlay: how long they take, per method, and what blocks them

A withdrawal at RocketPlay is two approvals in a row: the operator's, capped at 24 hours in its FAQ, and the payment provider's, which ranges from instant for crypto to a week for a bank transfer. This page lays out every AUD lane with its limits, the two conditions that must be met first, and the reasons a request gets rejected. Times are the operator's; ours will be added in AWST once the live test is done.

Not checked yet: our own withdrawal, timed from request to arrival in AWST, and a test of whether a card deposit can be withdrawn to the card.

The two approvals

The FAQ says it plainly: a withdrawal needs approval by the RocketPlay payment team, which checks the 1x wager and the documents, and then approval by the payment provider. The operator’s side is capped at 24 hours. The provider’s side depends on the lane. That is why “how long does it take” has no single answer, and why the board on this page splits the operator’s time from the provider’s.

Above the per-transaction caps sit the account caps from clause 8.8 of the terms: 9,000 AUD a week and 35,000 AUD a month. A $12,000 balance therefore goes out as two bank transfers across two weeks, or as three e-wallet requests over the same period. Clause 8.6 sets the floor at 25 in the operator’s base currency, which converts to more than the $30 per-method minimum, so expect the higher figure to apply.

Where cards fit

Visa and Mastercard are deposit lanes in the AUD table, from $25 to $6,000. They are not listed on the withdrawal side. The FAQ, written for all currencies, says payouts go by the deposit method and mentions bank cards at 3–7 business days. The two pages do not quite agree, and until our live test settles it, the practical advice is the one we would follow ourselves: ask live chat which payout lane will be offered before you deposit by card, and keep the card photo ready for verification either way. Our deposits page lists the deposit side of every lane.

The two conditions before the first payout

Verification first. A passport, ID card or driver licence; a photo of the front of the deposit card with the first six and last four digits visible and the rest hidden; and a proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill, issued in the last 90 days. The request comes by email and gives two weeks. Our sign-up page walks through the upload.

Then the 1x wager. In the FAQ’s own example, a deposit is free to withdraw once bets totalling the same amount have been placed: deposit $25, wager $25. This is a turnover rule on the deposit, not a wagering requirement on a bonus; if a bonus is active, its own multiplier applies before any payout.

Why a request gets rejected

The FAQ lists five causes, and they are the checklist to run before contacting anyone: the account is not verified; the last deposit has not been wagered once; the details entered on the request are wrong; the amount is outside the minimum or maximum for the lane; or an active bonus still has wagering left. If all five are clear and the request is still stuck, live chat is the route, and the support page says what to have ready.

What we will add after the live test

A deposit of our own, a wager of that deposit once, a request through the e-wallet lane and a request through the bank transfer lane, each timed from the moment of the request to the moment the money shows, in AWST. Those numbers will replace the operator’s promises on this page and on the board, and the date at the top will move.

My verdict

The rules are clear and written down, which is more than some casinos manage. The fast lanes are the e-wallet and crypto, both fee free and instant on the provider's side once the operator has approved; the slow lane is the bank transfer at 3–7 banking days. The thing that actually delays first withdrawals is verification, so upload documents right after the first deposit and wager that deposit once. My own timing will replace the operator's promises here once the live test is done.

Questions Australians ask about withdrawals

How long does a RocketPlay withdrawal take in Australia?

Up to 24 hours for the operator's approval, per its FAQ. Then the provider: e-wallets up to 24 hours, crypto listed as instant, bank transfer 3–7 banking days. The FAQ also mentions bank cards at 3–7 business days, although the AUD payments table does not list a card payout lane.

What is the minimum withdrawal at RocketPlay?

The terms set 25 in the operator's base currency, which converts to more than $30. Per method in AUD, the payments page lists $30 for the MiFinity e-wallet and $30 for a bank transfer; crypto minimums are 0.00084 BTC, 20 USDT and so on.

What is the maximum withdrawal at RocketPlay?

9,000 AUD a week and 35,000 AUD a month per the terms. Per transaction, the e-wallet lane caps at $4,000 and the bank transfer at $6,000, so a large balance goes out in several requests.

Why can't I withdraw from RocketPlay?

The FAQ lists five reasons: the account is not verified; the last deposit has not been wagered once; the request details are wrong; the amount is outside the limits; or a bonus is still being wagered. Live chat is the route if none of those applies.

Do I have to withdraw by the same method I deposited with?

Yes, according to the FAQ. In practice that means a card deposit needs a payout lane that accepts the card, and the AUD payments table lists e-wallet, crypto and bank transfer on the withdrawal side. Ask live chat before depositing by card if you plan to withdraw by bank transfer.

Is there a fee on RocketPlay withdrawals?

The AUD withdrawal table marks every lane as fee free: e-wallet, crypto and bank transfer. Your bank or wallet may charge on its side.
