The form
The registration form on the Australian site asks for an email, a password and a currency, with AUD in the list, plus the age and terms checkboxes. A promo code field is optional. Submit, and the activation email follows. If it does not, the FAQ’s advice is to check spam, then live chat, which can resend it or activate the account from the operator’s side. That is one of the few cases where live chat does something you cannot do yourself, so the support page is worth a look before you start.
One detail for readers who arrive at the form through a link in a message: the address in the browser bar should be the one our button opens. A registration form on a look-alike domain takes the same details and none of the rules on this page apply to it. The numbered sites page has the four checks.
Verification: what is asked
| Document | Rule in the FAQ | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, ID card or driver licence; valid, unaltered, expiry date and date of birth visible, watermarks visible | 29 September 2026 |
| Deposit card | Photo of the front; first six and last four digits visible, other digits hidden | 29 September 2026 |
| Address | Bank statement or utility bill issued within 90 days; full name, full address with postcode, issuer’s logo; a photo of the paper document or a PDF | 29 September 2026 |
The procedure in the FAQ is three steps: photograph the documents, open the Verification section in the profile, choose what to verify and upload. The request is sent by email, and you have two weeks from that email. The same FAQ lists “account not verified” as the first reason a withdrawal is blocked, which is why we put this page next to withdrawals in the menu.
The order that avoids a stuck first withdrawal
- Register, activate, set a deposit limit under Personal Limits if you use one.
- Deposit once by card, from $25, on the address our button opens.
- Upload the three documents that day, without waiting for the email.
- Wager the deposit once: on a $25 deposit, $25 of bets in total.
- Request the first withdrawal on a lane from the withdrawals table.
Done in that order, the first payout has only the operator’s 24-hour approval and the provider’s time in front of it. Done in the reverse order, it has a two-week document window in front of it as well.
Age, one account, and the cookie bar
The site accepts players over 18 and says it runs age checks on suspicion, deleting an underage account. One account per person is the rule; a second is closed. And the cookie bar on the Australian site asks you to confirm that you are accessing it from outside Australia. We do not tell you what to click there; we tell you what it means on the is it legit page.
Changing details later
Currency is switched in the Profile from a drop-down, which matters if you registered in another currency and want AUD balances. Email is changed through live chat after the account details are matched. Password resets use the usual email link. Personal Limits, including self-exclusion, live in the same profile area; the set limits page covers them.

My verdict
The sign-up itself is unremarkable; the verification rules are specific and worth reading once. Three documents, each with a format rule, two weeks to deliver, and the request arrives by email rather than in the account. Upload them the day you deposit. That is the whole advice on this page, and it is the difference between a first withdrawal that clears in the operator's 24 hours and one that sits waiting for a utility bill.
Questions Australians ask about sign-up
How do I create a RocketPlay account?
Open the operator's current address, use the sign-up button, enter an email and password, choose AUD as the currency, and confirm the activation email. The FAQ says the activation email is resent by live chat if it does not arrive, and that support can activate an account manually.
What documents does RocketPlay ask for?
A passport, ID card or driver licence; a photo of the front of the deposit card with the first six and last four digits visible; and a proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 90 days, showing full name, full address with postcode and the issuer's logo.
When does verification happen?
The FAQ says the request comes by email and gives two weeks to complete it. Withdrawals need a verified account, so uploading right after the first deposit avoids the wait.
Can I have two RocketPlay accounts?
No. The FAQ says one account per person; a second account is closed. The site also runs age checks and deletes an account if the player turns out to be under 18.
Can I change my email or currency later?
The currency is changed in the Profile from a drop-down, per the FAQ. A registered email is changed through live chat after account details are matched.
